As a participant at Osteopathy Tutorial, you will learn osteopathic manual therapy without the intensity of going to an osteopathic college. You will engage in a small, student-focused, hands-on educational group with Stephen Goring and three to four other students.
The sessions, which provide a platform for interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, are held within an engaging and supportive environment. Through small group interactions, the training fosters active learning and encourages critical thinking, enhancing your hands-on understanding of musculoskeletal dynamics, and an osteopathic understanding of the body.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and share insights in a dynamic and enriching learning environment that promotes active participation and knowledge retention.

Stephen Goring
Throughout my 40-year career, my desire to deeply understand the human condition has kept my practice vibrant. My educational CV illustrates the range of directions I have explored.
I cherish the learning process, both cognitive and experiential. In particular, Osteopathy’s influence on my understanding has been profound, and offering my experience to the next generation of therapists is an honour.
Osteopathy's founder Andrew Still enlightened a generation with a new comprehension of the body in the late 1800s. His understanding of the workings of the human body remains as deeply insightful today, as they were in his time.

I believe in the tutorial format. It fulfills a human need to engage with others when pursuing a deeper understanding. It allows for interaction that is specific to each individual practitioner, and reinforces continuity in learning and application of technique. The tutorial format offers a practice process with refreshers, supporting deep integration of new knowledge into your practice.
